How it works. A quick guide to ordering and designing custom kit.
Below is a quick guide as well as some important information about designing and ordering custom RH77 kit.
1. View catalogue
Download catalogue, select your items and number of units.
2. Request a quote
Orders are limited to 30 units per order and 10 units per item.
3. Approve quotation
You will receive a design & production quotation from us within 24 hrs of submitting your order request.
4. Design & artwork
A design presentation will be emailed to you once we receive your logos and payment for design.
5. Production
Production takes 10-12 weeks from when we receive 50% deposit.
6. Delivery
Your kit will then be shipped directly to you once we receive 50% balance.

The Finer Details
Once a formal quotation is approved we will send you kit samples as well as our textile color swatches which are to be used to select the final items and select or match your desired colors.
Once we receive payment for the concept and design fee you can supply us with your graphic files and logos in AI, EPS and PDF format. One of our graphic designers will then contact you to discuss your design ideas and then begin the design process. You will be supplied with design options to choose from and upon the approval of the design we will supply a datasheet which can be used to list the number of items and units.
We will then send you a 50% production deposit and production will commence upon payment of the 50%.
The estimated production time is between 10 and 12 weeks and we will send a 50% balance invoice as soon as your order is ready for shipping.

We invest in our product development so that you
can put your custom kit on and forget about it.
All custom kit artwork is created by our in-house team of graphic designers.
